Mason, Thank you so much for helping so many people start their day with such important Scripture and explanation of many things. A question I was hoping you could address at some time that I have always struggled to understand: Are our lives predestined or are opportunities available for us to use our "free will" to help others, accomplish things, or even for some people, cause harm? It has been difficult for me to find confirmation of this in the bible. Thanks for all you do for us!!
Dave

Re: Question for Mason
I am not going to answer for Mason, but let you know wars have been fought over your question and the answer is still being questioned today.
Personally, I say yes to predestination and yes to free will. I think we have both and should not throw either out. But don't take either to their extremes. Then the wars start.

Re: Question for Mason
I think predestination and free will is the same thing from two different perspectives - God and yours.
God knows all the choices you are going to make, probably before you are born. You freely make the choices. He knows how you are going to choose. That is your predestination.
